Aston Villa fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to respond to the message from Jack Grealish following the defeat to Fulham on Saturday evening.

Steve Bruce’s side suffered a narrow 1-0 defeat to Fulham at the Wembley Stadium in London in the Championship playoff final.

The result means that Villa will remain in the Championship for the 2018-19 campaign and will be aiming to win promotion to the Premier League.

Grealish featured in the game against Fulham, and the 22-year-old, who can operate as an attacking midfielder or as a winger, has taken to Twitter to express his disappointment at the final result.

Villa fans have responded to the message from the youngster on Twitter and have urged him to remain at Villa Park next season.

According to The Sunday Mirror (print edition, page 73, May 27, 2018), Villa are resigned to selling Grealish in the summer transfer window, with the young attacker claimed to be rated at £20 million (click here to read more).
