Dharmesh Sheth has said it is ‘questionable’ if Arsenal make a big-money signing before the closure of this transfer window.
The Gunners have already spent a little over £20 million on Leandro Trossard.
And Polish younger Jakub Kiwior has followed the Belgian winger to Arsenal, too.
Speculation is rife that the North Londoners could add Moises Caicedo of Brighton to their squad before the window shuts on Tuesday.
On Friday, Arsenal had a £60 million offer rejected by the Seagulls and they plan another one.

Sheth of Sky Sports News told Give Me Sport: “Whether they will go into the market with a big money move in this window is questionable, because the kind of player they’re looking at now, unless they have a terrible second half of the season, will at least be Champions League level next season. Arsenal are going to be shopping in a different market in the summer.”
That last sentence is bound to excite supporters of the North London club.
Although they may not make a bank-breaking addition before Tuesday, the future is very bright at Arsenal.
As the Sky reporter says, Mikel Arteta and Edu will be shopping in a new department of the transfer window from this summer onward.
They’re bound to have Champions League football back at the Emirates and that, in turn, can help them sign a more exciting brand of footballer.
And what’s not to like about that?
