The Arsenal transfer news is now centering around a potential departure.
Cedric Soares has been linked with a winter move to Fulham for what seems like months.
And according to one report, the Arsenal defender is finally about to get his move.
That’s because ESPN have reported this morning that talks have acclerated in recent days between the Gunners and Fulham.
And that Soares to Craven Cottage would be materialising this week.
The report has added that the Cottagers will cover all of his salary over the next six months, with the former Southampton full-back earning £75,000 per week att he Emirates Stadium [Spotrac].

If and when this materialises, it won’t be the most shocking piece of Arsenal transfer news.
As mentioned, Cedric to Fulham seems like it has been coming for quite a while but, ultimately, it’s the right choice for all parties.
The 31-year-old is barely even a squad player at Arsenal any longer, with Takehiro Tomiyasu and Ben White as right-back options, while Mikel Arteta has Oleksandr Zinchenko and Kieran Tierney on the other side.
There’s just no way Cedric’s minutes are going to improve during the second half of the campaign.
But he’s a very good footballer, one labelled a ‘monster’ by Fabio Vieira earlier this season [TBR], and no doubt he’ll get the chances he deserves under Marco Silva in West London.
