Joao Felix is keen on a move to Graham Potter’s Chelsea despite interest from Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal and Erik ten Hag’s Manchester United, according to The Daily Record.
Arsenal target Joao Felix wants to join Chelsea
The report has claimed that Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United all are interested in signing Felix on loan from Atletico in the January transfer window.
The Portugal international is ‘keen’ on a move to Chelsea ‘and has already told team-mates that he is moving to England’, according to the report.
Chelsea have reportedly offered Atletico a loan fee of £9.7 million for Felix, described as “a world class talent” by former Liverpool star Jose Enrique on Instagram this month, and are willing to cover the wages of the Portuguese star until the end of the season.
The former Premier League and UEFA Champions League winners are also working to include an option to sign the forward in the loan agreement.

The Daily Record have added that although Arsenal and Manchester United are keen on Felix, who can operate as a winger or as an attacking midfielder as well, they are yet to meet Atletico’s conditions.
Blow for the Gunners
In our view, Felix being keen on joining Chelsea is a blow for Arsenal.
Now, the Gunners will have to work even harder to get a deal done.
First of all, Arsenal need to agree to Atletico’s terms over a loan deal for Felix.
And then they have to change the Portuguese star’s mind.
It is going to be tough for Arsenal now to bring the Atletico star to the Emirates Stadium in the January transfer window.
