Arsenal and Tottenham should now be on red alert as an interesting rumour emerges from Crystal Palace.
What’s the story?
Well – according to The Athletic – the south Londoners are likely to sell a star player this summer, with Arsenal tracking Michael Olise while Tottenham eye Marc Guehi.
It was the Daily Mail who revealed back in January that Arsenal want to sign Olise.
Elsewhere, Football London claim that Tottenham are huge fans of Guehi, and would love to bring the England international to N17.

The Athletic believe Crystal Palace are following a sustainability model, which has seen £88.86m spent on new signings, but £0 received in terms of income from player sales.
Therefore, Crystal Palace’s model is a bit lopsided as things stand, so fans have been told to brace themselves for a major sale as the Eagles attempt to balance their books.
Arsenal & Tottenham in a race to raid Crystal Palace
The crucial thing to note here is that Crystal Palace will only require one sale.
Therefore, if the south Londoners were to sell Olise to Arsenal first, it is highly unlikely that they will also offload Guehi in the same transfer window.
As a result, Arsenal and Tottenham find themselves in a race against each other to pinch one of Crystal Palace’s star men, which should make for an interesting start to the summer transfer window.
Football Transfers believe Spurs are willing to pay £45m for Guehi, who cost Crystal Palace just £18m when signing him from Chelsea in 2021.
Meanwhile, a story from The Sun claims that Olise is happy at Selhurst Park and wants to stay, so it could be argued that Guehi is the most likely to be offloaded.
Be sure to keep an eye on developments at Crystal Palace this summer, as a major sale is now expected.
