Arsenal want Mykhaylo Mudryk and there are now claims emerging from Ukraine that he has a €150million release clause in his Shakhtar Donetsk deal.
The Gunners are likely to be in the market for a big signing out wide in 2023.
Nicolas Pepe has been loaned to Nice and is unlikely to have a future at the club whilst, as things stand, Reiss Nelson can walk away in the summer.
Arsenal will need more depth to really kick on and Edu appears to have an exciting target in mind on the flanks.

Arsenal want Mykhaylo Mudryk
The Gunners had a look at signing Shakhtar Donetsk winger Mykhaylo Mudryk before the summer transfer deadline.
No deals as done but Arsenal have continued to keep tabs on Mudryk as his price tag has risen beyond belief.
The winger has been sensational this season with nine goals and eight assists in just 17 games across all competitions.
Champions League defenders have been terrorised by Mudryk this season and a big move away from Shakhtar seems inevitable.
Fabrizio Romano told Give Me Sport just a couple of days ago that Mudryk is now the ‘main priority’ for Arsenal ahead of January.
Mudryk himself has also hinted that he would be interested in a move to Arsenal and has been blown away by the messages sent from Gunners fans.
Everything is pointing in the right direction but the fee could be a major problem.
Shakhtar are trying to rake in huge money for Mudryk after seeing wingers like Antony and Jack Grealish earn staggering moves to the Premier League.
Ukrainian journalist Viktor Vatsko has now reported on his YouTube channel that Mudryk actually has a €150million (£130million) release clause in his contract.
Vatsko, as quoted by the brilliant Ukrainian football account Zorya Londonsk, suggests that the contract extension Mudryk signed earlier this year gives Shakhtar a huge exit clause.
The reality is that nobody is going to pay £130million for a player in Ukraine – that just isn’t how the transfer market goes.
It’s even hard to see anybody going into the region of the £85million Antony fee simply because of Ukrainian football’s standing in Europe.
Arsenal will hope to formulate a deal to sign Mudryk but that release clause will just give Shakhtar that extra bit of negotiating power.
