PSV Eindhoven winger Noni Madueke has told BBC Sport that he is focused on his current club amid links to Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur.

Madueke, 19, actually came up through the Tottenham ranks before deciding to leave for PSV Eindhoven in 2018.

Madueke wanted to emulate the path of Jadon Sancho, leaving a major Premier League club for a European adventure in search of playing time.

The winger has become a key player with PSV, notching 15 goals and nine assists in 52 appearances.

Madueke attracting interest from Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham

Unsurprisingly, Madueke’s exploits abroad are sparking English interest – just like Sancho did.

The Daily Mail reported in August that Tottenham and Liverpool wanted to sign Madueke.

The Sun also claim that Arsenal fancy signing Madueke, and a Premier League return is expected in the future.

After being likened to Kylian Mbappe by former PSV legend Gerald Vanenberg, who wouldn’t want Madueke?

Madueke on his future

BBC Sport have now spoken to Madueke about his career and his future amid links with a move to the Premier League.

Madueke admitted that he doesn’t pay attention to the rumours and just sets high goals for himself at PSV Eindhoven.

Madueke added that he wants to win silverware at PSV, suggesting that the interested Premier League clubs may face a wait to get him out of the Eredivisie.

“I focus well on my own objective is,” said Madueke. “I set really high goals for myself. I write notes about what I want to do.”

“I just want to win the league and cup and do as well as we can in the Europa League. From an individual standpoint, I just want to improve my level a lot and score lots of goals. That’s really it,” he added.
