Arsenal target Alexander Isak was in action for Sweden against Spain on Monday night – and Gunners fans loved what they saw.
Spain had plenty of the ball but just couldn’t find a way past Sweden, with the two sides playing out a 0-0 draw in Seville.
He may not have got himself on the scoresheet, but Isak can certainly be happy with his performance on the night…
How did Isak perform against Spain?
Isak went close with a first-half effort, as he shrugged off Spanish defenders before his short cannoned off Marcos Llorente, hit the post and somehow stayed out.
The Real Sociedad star showed his class against three Spain defenders, jinking past two and holding off a third to give Marcus Berg a golden chance – but he missed.

Arsenal’s interest in signing Isak
Arsenal are in the market for a new striker this summer, and Isak is believed to be a top target for Edu and Mikel Arteta.
Cadena Ser believe talks have already taken place over a deal for Isak, with Arsenal trying to move quickly to secure a deal – though seemingly don’t want to pay the £60million release clause.
Arsenal fans rave about Isak
Some Arsenal fans have been hailing Isak, suggesting that Edu may well be onto something by targeting the Swedish ace.
Others are begging for Isak to be signed as soon as possible, believing such a deal would be a ‘masterclass’ for Arsenal.
