The midfielder looks to be a real talent coming through at the Gunners, but the most astonishing thing about him making his U18s debut is that he’s only 14 years old.
He’s playing four years above his age group, and what’s even more impressive is that he scored on his debut.
As you can imagine, the news of a 14-year-old scoring for the U18s sparked something of a reaction from the fanbase, and it seems as though supporters are excited for what the future holds for this young man.
Of course, we don’t want to put any pressure on this teenager’s shoulders, but it has to be said that scoring for the U18s as a 14-year-old is mightily impressive.
Nwaneri is a name to keep in mind in the coming years.
