Some Arsenal fans have responded to Eddie Nketiah’s post on Twitter.

Back in pre-season training

Arsenal are back in pre-season training.

Nketiah is among the Arsenal players who are training at London Colney.

The striker has posted a message on Twitter about him being back to work, and some Arsenal fans have responded to it, as shown below.

Linked away

Nketiah has been linked with a move away from Arsenal in the summer transfer window.

The Express reported earlier this week that the Gunners want to sell the striker.

West Ham United and Crystal Palace are interested in the 22-year-old.

Sell or keep?

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette are the two senior strikers at Arsenal at the moment.

Folarin Balogun is likely to be promoted to the Gunners’ first team next season.

This means more competition for Nketiah.

The striker struggled for regular playing time last season.

The Arsenal no.30 made four starts and 13 substitute appearances in the Premier League.

Nketiah made six starts and two substitute appearances in the Europa League.

Selling Nketiah for a decent fee would be good business,

However, selling talented and promising young players without giving them a proper chance in the first team is not always a great idea.

Just look at Serge Gnabry.

Now 25, the winger left Arsenal in 2016.

The Germany international has since won the Bundesliga thrice and the Champions League once among other major trophies with Bayern Munich.
