Arsenal fans are surely furious with Jürgen Klopp as the Gunners prepare to take on Liverpool in the Premier League on Sunday.
What’s the story?
Well, Mikel Arteta faces a real test on Sunday as he takes his Arsenal side to Anfield – a place where the north Londoners rarely taste victory.
In fact, you would have to go back to 2nd September 2012 for Arsenal’s last Premier League win at Anfield, which came courtesy of goals from Lukas Podolski and Santi Cazorla – their first strikes for the Gunners.
Now – thanks to a strange decision by Klopp – Arteta will have to try and reverse that hoodoo up against a Liverpool side who will have their most dangerous assets rested.
The German opted to bench Mohamed Salah, Andy Robertson, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Cody Gakpo for Tuesday’s 0-0 draw against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge, which was odd seeing as Liverpool have no other competitions to think about, with only a Champions League qualification spot still to play for.

Liverpool have already been knocked out of the Champions League and FA Cup, while the Carabao Cup is over.
Now, that hugely effective quartet are likely to return to the starting XI against Arsenal on Sunday, making life that little bit tougher for Arteta in a game he simply must win to keep Manchester City at arm’s length.
Klopp decision could hurt Arsenal
Not only will Salah, Robertson, Alexander-Arnold and Gakpo be fresh for Sunday’s clash, but they will also now carry extra motivation to play well.
The quartet were dropped for tactical reasons following Saturday’s 4-1 defeat against Manchester City, so they will surely want to show Klopp that they deserve to be starting with an improved display against the Gunners.
Nevertheless, Arsenal have overcome a number of potential banana skins in recent weeks – proving themselves worthy challengers in the Premier League title race – so Arteta’s side have the bottle to finally win at Anfield.
