Slaven Bilic’s men now sit in ninth position in the Premier League table, nine points adrift of seventh placed Everton, and can now look at qualification for the Europa League as a genuine possibility.

“It was a good result for us on Saturday. We didn’t deserve to go 1-0 down, but when we did I think it changed the game for the better. We realised we were in a game, pushed up and got a goal straight away for myself. I was well chuffed with it, we carried on and got another just before half-time. I’m happy with how it’s going in front of goal for me at the minute.”
