West Ham fans have reacted on Twitter to the rumours that Aston Villa playmaker, Jack Grealish, is set to start for England today.

The Telegraph report that Gareth Southgate is set to hand the Villa man his first start of Euro 2020 when England take on the Czech Republic at Wembley.

And West Ham fans have pointed out that Grealish will come up against a familiar face if he does indeed start.

Last season, Vladimir Coufal, who will be expected to line up for the Czech’s, perhaps dealt with the expert ball-carrier the best in what was a strong season for the Englishman.

David Moyes did play two right-backs at Villa Park during West Ham’s win to deal with his threats, but Coufal still produced a strong display on the night.

And they may well be reunited today, with Grealish hoping to have more of a hit at the player on one on one situations and get the better of him.

Even if Grealish starts down the middle, with Mason Mount to miss out because he has to self-isolate, the Villa man still likes to drift out wide, so they will come up against each other at some point.

Either way, there will be some tasty battles taking place at Wembley tonight, especially if Declan Rice and his midfield partner in crime at the London Stadium, Tomáš Souček, starts for the opposition.
