Chris Sutton has predicted on BBC Sport that Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal will win against Jesse Marsch’s Leeds United at Elland Road this weekend.
Leeds will host Arsenal at Elland Road in the Premier League on Sunday.
Former Chelsea striker Sutton has backed the Gunners to puck up all three points from the encounter against the West Yorkshire club courtesy of a 3-1 win.
Chris Sutton predicts Leeds United v Arsenal
Sutton said: “As I said earlier, Leeds were superb for the first 45 minutes against Crystal Palace but they could not sustain it.
“This game might follow the same pattern, with Leeds putting so much into it early on, then being picked off later.
“However it plays out, I’m expecting Arsenal to win because they are absolutely buzzing at the moment.

“That confidence will be there because of their performance to beat Liverpool – I wasn’t too far off with my 4-1 prediction either – and they have got plenty of goals in their front three.
“If Leeds are as aggressive as I think they will be, there will be plenty of space for Gabriel Martinelli and Bukayo Saka to run in behind, and plenty of chances for Gabriel Jesus too.”
Who will win?
In our opinion, Arsenal will head into the match against Leeds United at Elland Road as favourites.
Yes, Leeds are at home and do have a good team, but Arsenal are better.
The Gunners are in great form at the moment, and with the likes of Gabriel Martinelli, Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Jesus playing well, it is hard to see the North London club slip up.
The way Arsenal got the better of Liverpool last weekend shows how good they are.
We do not think that the Arsenal players will be intimidated at all at the prospect of playing against Leeds at Elland Road.
