The agent of reported Leeds United target Juan Foyth, Claudio Curti, has told Passione Inter that he will talk to Tottenham Hotspur about the defender’s future at the end of the season.

Clarin reputed earlier this month that Leeds are interested in signing Foyth from Tottenham in the summer transfer window (click here to read more).

Curti told Passione Inter: “We are currently waiting for the season to be completed. Then we’ll talk to the club [Tottenham] to evaluate the best solution for Juan.”

Stats

Foyth has struggled for playing time during his time at Spurs so far.

According to WhoScored, the 22-year-old central defender has played 67 minutes in the Premier League and 197 minutes in the Champions League for Tottenham so far this season.

During the 2018-19 campaign, the Argentina international scored one goal in 12 Premier League games, and played twice in the Champions League for the North London outfit, according to WhoScored.

Leeds United transfer?

Foyth is a very good and promising young defender, and he would be a very good signing for Leeds.

The Whites will need players at the back, especially if they clinch promotion to the Premier League, and given how head coach Marcelo Bielsa improves young players, his Argentine compatriot could be an asset for the team.
