The agent of reported Crystal Palace and Tottenham Hotspur target Radu Dragusin has reiterated the defender’s desire to stay at Serie A giants Juventus, while speaking to Calciomercato.
Florian Manea is a man who would make Mino Raiola look shy.
The former midfielder has spoken frequently and candidly about the future of one of Europe’s best young centre-halves in recent months, confirming interest from Newcastle and Spurs before claiming that he’d held talks with director of football Dougie Freedman about a potential switch to Crystal Palace.
19-year-old Dragusin played just one minute of Serie A football in 2020/21, although the departure of Andrea Pirlo – and the subsequent return of Max Allegri – could open the door for further opportunities, especially if Merih Demiral departs.
With two months of the transfer window remaining, however, the teenager’s future remains uncertain.
Will Radu Dragusin leave Juventus for the Premier League?
Tuttosport believe that Dragusin could be a makeweight in a deal that would see Italy’s Euro 2020 maestro Manuel Locatelli join Juventus.
The Romanian still hopes to make a name for himself at the Allianz Stadium, however, amid claims that he may be used as a pawn in a bigger game.

“He wants to stay at Juventus, he does not want to leave,” Manea insisted.
“There have been offers from England and Germany, but he wants to play for Juventus. If you do your best, I believe that in the end you will get to play for Juve.
“If Dragusin does leave, it will just be on loan to get more playing time. But he wants to remain a Juventus player.
“If Juve tell him to leave, we’ll find a solution, but it’s not just Sassuolo who want him. I have to think of what is best for the player.”
It is no secret that Newcastle manager Steve Bruce wants a ball-playing central defender, with Celtic’s Kristoffer Ajer one of his top targets.
Tottenham, meanwhile, may have moved into pole position for Dragusin’s signature after hiring former Juventus director Fabio Paratici.
