Gary Neville raved about Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg on Sky Sports Premier League (6:17pm, February 5, 2023) for his performance against Manchester City at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in the Premier League on Sunday evening.
The former Manchester United defender was very impressed by how Hojbjerg played for Tottenham against defending Premier League champions Manchester City in North London.

Harry Kane scored the goal for Spurs in the first half.

Impressive performance
In our view, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg played very well for Tottenham Hotspur against Manchester City and was arguably the best player on the pitch at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Sunday evening.
The 27-year-old Denmark international midfielder provided a brilliant assist and was a force to be reckoned with in the middle of the park.
Hojbjerg protected the Tottenham backline well and broke through whenever he got the chance.
The Dane covered a lot of ground in midfield as well.
According to WhoScored, Hojbjerg took one shot which was not on target, played one key pass, had a pass accuracy of 83.3%, won one header, took 46 touches, attempted one dribble, and made three tackles, two interceptions and two clearances.
