Jurgen Klinsmann has raved about Bayern Munich midfielder and Liverpool target Jamal Musiala in The Daily Mail.
The Germany legend believes that Musiala, linked with a move to Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool, is a “phenomenal” and “a unique talent”.
The former Tottenham Hotspur and Bayern striker expects the 19-year-old midfielder to star for Germany at the 2022 Qatar World Cup.
Musiala joined Bayern in 2019 after leaving Chelsea and has been linked with a switch to Premier League giants Liverpool.
Sky Sports Germany reporter Florian Plettenberg reported in October 2022 that that Liverpool are interested in signing Musiala as a back-up if they are unable to bring in Jude Bellingham from Borussia Dortmund in the summer of 2023.
Jurgen Klinsmann on Liverpool target Jamal Musiala
Klinsmann said about Musiala:” He’s phenomenal, a unique talent.
“If he plays like he does for Bayern Munich and keeps his lightness and his easy way of doing things, then I think we are going to see a jewel coming out in this World Cup.”

Could a transfer happen?
In our opinion, Liverpool are unlikely to be able to sign Jamal Musiala from Bayern Munich anytime soon.
Yes, Liverpool may hold interest in the teenager, but the Germany international midfielder is playing for one of the biggest clubs in the world.
Bayern do not sell their best players unless they have to, and we do not think that the defending German champions will want to part ways with the £91,000-a-week (SalarySport) teenager.
