Eric Dier comments on transfer window

Tottenham Hotspur youngster Eric Dier has told The London Evening Standard that he does not like the transfer window being open after the season starts.

Dier, who is 22 years of age and can play as a defender or as a defensive midfielder, believes that the window should close before the season begins.

“My opinion is the transfer window shouldn’t be open now, it should be over once the Premier League season begins,” the England international told The London Evening Standard.

“I just think it’s unfair on managers and players that there are still people in the dressing room that don’t really know what their futures are.”
