Chelsea’s loan army is one of the most well-known in football, and Ethan Ampadu could well be ready for a move to a Premier League side after impressing at Serie A side Venezia FC this season.
An astonishing 33-cap international with Wales already, Ampadu is one of Chelsea’s most exciting youth prospects, and for Everton, the former Exeter star could be a solid addition to improve the backline that had caused Lampard many problems in recent weeks.
Ruben Loftus-Cheek
From defence to midfield, Ruben Loftus-Cheek is another player who could significantly improve Everton if given the chance to leave west London this summer, with the England international recently enjoying an impressive spell in the starting XI under Thomas Tuchel.

Timo Werner’s £45m move from RB Leipzig to Chelsea was viewed as an impressive deal in 2020, but two seasons on, the German international could be ready to move on from the Blues this summer, and Everton could be a potential destination.
With Dominic Calvert-Lewin likely to be on the move in the transfer window, Werner could be open to a new adventure under former manager Lampard at Everton, and as the starring man up-front, the 26-year-old could find the perfect setting to unleash his true potential after two seasons of stagnation with Chelsea.
