A Toffee since the age of 11, the now-21-year-old winger has been compared to the likes of Steven Gerrard this season for his impressive performances for Everton, and for Liverpool, the youngster could be an ideal signing this summer.
Indeed, Liverpool have made it a habit in recent years to have quality options in every area of the pitch, and given Gordon’s versatility in both the attack and the midfield, the Reds could develop the England youth international into one heck of a player.

Not seen since November and yet to play a minute under Lampard, Davies could be ready for a change of scenery, and with Liverpool looking to sign a central midfielder this summer, the 23-year-old could be an option.
Able to play multiple roles in the midfield and a player who could replace James Milner in the squad, Davies would flourish in a squad stacked with players who operate in a similar role to the Everton star.
Jarrad Branthwaite
The one player on this list that could actually be a realistic signing for Liverpool this summer, Jarrad Branthwaite is reportedly set to depart Everton this summer, with Manchester United claimed to be interested in the centre-back according to the Daily Mail.
Whilst Liverpool are stacked in central defence, the potential departure of Joe Gomez this summer opens up a spot for an exciting young player to come in and learn the ropes from some of the best in the business in Virgil van Dijk.
And for Branthwaite, who joined Everton from Carlisle in 2020, a move to Liverpool could be very appealing and somewhat realistic, with Everton open to selling the 6’5″ defender this summer.
