Aston Villa and Leeds United transfer target Ismaila Sarr has been putting his foot down on the accelerator at the Qatar World Cup and producing some serious mileage.
The Watford winger, who repped Senegal at the winter World Cup before they were knocked out by England during the last-16 stage, has clocked the seventh-faced speed of the tournament, as posted by Sky Sports.
There is some serious talent and pace to burn in the Middle East and Sarr has recorded a faster speed than PSG and France superstar, Kylian Mbappe.

The £25 million-rated winger, who has been on Villa and Leeds United’s transfer radar, recorded a speed of 21.93 (MPH).
Mbappe is just below him on that list because he has been clocked at 21.87 MPH, with the man topping the list, is Ghana winger, Kamaldeen Sulemana (22.18).
Out of all the players in that top-eight speed list, only Mbappe and Morocco’s Achraf Hakimi are still in the tournament, so you think that might still change.

PREMIER LEAGUE RETURN FOR SARR?
When Steven Gerrard was in the Villa Park dugout, there was talk of Sarr possibly heading to the Midlands, but a move didn’t materialise for the versatile winger who stayed with Championship side, Watford.
With a new man now in the dugout in Unai Emery, then they could still do with a player of Sarr’s ilk, it’s just a case of whether the European-chasing side would want to go for the player in question again.
Another team that could do with more attacking bite, especially out on the flanks, is another under-performing Premier League side – Leeds United.
Jesse Marsch’s side ended the recent break for the World Cup in a decent fashion, but more flair and attacking threat is needed, so it will be interesting to see if they knock on Watford’s door for Sarr again in January.
