Arsenal could now miss out on Wilfried Zaha to Al-Nassr as the Crystal Palace No.11 expresses an interest in teaming up with Cristiano Ronaldo.
What’s the story?
Well – according to 90min – Arsenal wanted to sign the Ivory Coast international in January, and will continue to monitor his situation as his contract at Selhurst Park expires in June.
However, Mikel Arteta now faces a new obstacle as he aims to lure Zaha to the Emirates Stadium.
The Evening Standard believe the 30-year-old is wanted by Al-Nassr as well as Al-Hillal and Al-Ittihad.
They have all made contact with the Crystal Palace talisman regarding a free transfer at the end of the season.
Zaha is said to be tempted by the chance to play alongside Ronaldo at Al-Nassr.

The Portugal international moved to the Saudi Pro League at the end of December, penning a remarkable contract worth £165m-a-year.
Al-Nassr are now said to be keen on signing more big name talents after seeing the impact Ronaldo has had on their viewing figures and stadium attendances, according to the Evening Standard.
So far this season, Zaha has scored six goals – while also providing three assists – in 20 appearances.
Arsenal can tempt Zaha away from Al-Nassr
In our view, Arsenal still have a very good chance of signing Zaha.
The £130,000-a-week man has previously spoken about his desire to play Champions League football and win trophies at the highest level, telling the Financial Times: “I want to play at the highest level and win trophies to show my kids.”
Zaha is also quoted by the Daily Mail as saying: “I have to experience the Champions League. I just need the opportunity, that’s it, and I’ll do the rest.”
With all due respect to Al-Nassr, Saudi Arabian football is not the highest level, nor do any of their sides compete in the Champions League given the fact they are outside of Europe.
Therefore, Arsenal still have an excellent chance to sign Zaha this summer based on his previous comments.
