Wigan’s Yanic Wildschut
Norwich clinch Wildschut deal
Norwich City have paid £7 million to sign Wigan Athletic midfielder Yanic Wildschut, The BBC report.
Wildschut upset Wigan yesterday by handing in a transfer request, but he has got his way, securing a late deal to move to the Canaries.
Wigan have put some of that money to good use by signing prolific Grimsby striker Omar Bogle, with the 23-year-old signing a two-and-a-half year deal, the club announced.
Lica exits Nottingham Forest
Nottingham Forest flop Lica has left the club just months after signing for the club in the summer.
Portuguese club Estoril confirmed on their official website that the winger has signed on a permanent basis, after failing to settle at the City Ground.
Hogan in and Ayew out at Aston Villa
Brentford’s Scott Hogan celebrates their first goal
Aston Villa left it late to confirm the big money signing of Scott Hogan from Brentford, with the deal announced via their website.
Hogan was missing as Villa lost 3-0 to Brentford this evening, and he will potentially be a great addition to their attack.
This was counter-balanced by the club selling Jordan Ayew to Premier League side Swansea City, who his brother Andre Ayew previously played for.
Kightly leaves Burnley
SkySports report that Michael Kightly has left Premier League side Burnley to join Burton Albion on loan for the rest of the season.
