Tottenham are reportedly interested in AS Roma star Tammy Abraham, who has been named Serie A’s Player of the Month for March after an incredible few weeks for the striker.

The AIC, the Italian Football Association, announced on their official website that the 24-year-old attacker had been voted the Player of the Month, with Abraham bagging three goals in three Serie A matches, including a brace against Roma’s arch-rivals Lazio.

The performance was one of the most iconic in the Derby della Capitale for some time, with Abraham stealing the show for Roma as Jose Mourinho’s side blew Lazio out of the water in incredible fashion.

And on the back of that performance, the links back to the Premier League began, with Tottenham reportedly one of the clubs interested in signing Abraham, who this season has been in sensational form.

The former Chelsea star is the highest-scoring Englishman in any of Europe’s top-five leagues, and Abraham’s form has prompted Roma to place a £100m price tag on their prized striker ahead of the summer, as reported by the Daily Mail.

Indeed, it is unlikely that Abraham will move back to England this summer, especially for Tottenham, who look set to keep Harry Kane once again this transfer window despite growing interest in the Three Lions captain.

What is more, Abraham has previously told Chelsea teammates his dream Premier League move is to north London rivals Arsenal, with the 24-year-old a boyhood fan of the club and a player who could one day play for the red and white of Mikel Arteta’s side given their striking dilemma.

Moreover, following this latest achievement from Abraham in being named Player of the Month, life in Italy is proving to be good for the striker, who finally looks settled after years of being out on loan and then benched at Chelsea.
