Celtic forward Moussa Dembele is one of the best players in the Scottish Premiership.

Moussa Dembele is a man on fire. The Celtic forward was the star of the show on Sunday afternoon, as the Bhoys got the better of St Johnstone away from home in the Scottish Premiership.

25-year-old Rangers player cannot hide his admiration of Celtic

The 20-year-old forward came on as a substitute in the 59th minute and scored a hat-trick to help Celtic to a 5-2 victory at McDiarmid Park in Perth. The France Under-21 international found the net on 61, 75 and 85 minutes.

The youngster joined the Bhoys in the summer of 2016 after leaving Fulham at the end of the 2015-16 season. The Frenchman has established himself as a key player in Brendan Rodgers’s side and is scoring goals for fun.

A clear signal… Former Celtic manager’s verdict on Moussa Dembele situation

As stated on Celtic’s official website, Dembele has scored 23 goals in 39 appearances in all competitions for the Glasgow giants so far this season. Teammate Liam Henderson has been impressed, and the 20-year-old midfielder has joked that the Frenchman is worth £100 million.

“I don’t know,” Henderson jokingly told The Scottish Sun when asked about Dembele’s valuation. “Moussa is on fire just now, he’s been brilliant this season.

“To come from Fulham for what we paid for him, it’s an absolute bargain. The big man’s on fire. Maybe £100million!”

Celtic are at the top of the Scottish Premiership table at the moment with 70 points from 24 matches, 27 points clear of second-placed Aberdeen, who have a game in hand.
