A Tottenham Hotspur-linked attacker is ‘almost certain’ to leave Chelsea in 2023.
At least, that is what journalist Dean Jones has told Give Me Sport.
Last month, 90 Min reported that Chelsea owner Todd Boehly had told the club to offload the Morocco international, amid speculation about a swoop by Spurs.
Ziyech helped his country into the World Cup semi-finals by beating Portugal on Saturday.
His star is rising and here’s what Jones told Give Me Sport : “Hakim Ziyech remains almost certain to leave Chelsea in 2023 given the club’s direction and AC Milan retain interest in him from last summer.”

Tottenham were also keen last summer and in August, Dutch outlet Algemeen Dagblad stated that he was on the Lilywhites’ radar.
Ziyech, who earns £100,000 per week [Spotrac], is a player who has tormented Spurs in the past during his Ajax days and no doubt some supporters of the North Londoners would love to see him come aboard.
Question is, would Chelsea sell to a direct Premier League rival?
The Blues are eight points behind their city rivals in fourth, ahead of what’s going to be an interesting battle for the Champions League qualification places.
And if Graham Potter doesn’t fancy Ziyech in his team, that doesn’t mean he’ll want Tottenham to have him either.
