Newcastle United’s Rolando Aarons is reportedly wanted by West Bromwich Albion.

Newcastle United manager Rafael Benitez has suggested to The Chronicle that Rolando Aarons could be loaned out in the summer transfer window amid speculation linking the winger to West Bromwich Albion.
According to The Daily Mail (Transfer Live blog, 15:02pm, June 27, 2018), West Brom are considering making a move for Newcastle winger Aarons this summer (click here to read more).
When asked about Aarons’ role this season, Benitez told The Chronicle: “With Kenedy coming back, we have to be honest it won’t be easy. He knows that we are working on his fitness. We’ll see what happens with other players.
“You never know because the training sessions and games in pre-season you could get injuries. So others have to be ready and be fit.
“If everybody is fit (by deadline day), we check the numbers and some may have to go. If not they have to be as well as possible.”

Boost for West Bromwich Albion?
Aarons is a very talented and promising young winger, but the 22-year-old has struggled to establish himself in the Newcastle first team.
There is no doubt that the former England Under-20 international – who earns £14,000 per week as salary, according to Spotrac.com – has a lot of quality, but the youngster needs to play competitive matches.
With West Brom aiming to win promotion from the Championship next season, Aarons would be a good signing for the Baggies.
Benitez’s aforementioned comments will also come as a boost to West Brom in their reported quest to sign the 22-year-old.
