Arkadiusz Milik has been encouraged to join Juventus over Arsenal or Tottenham Hotspur with Poland legend Zbigniew Boniek feeling that his compatriot would benefit from a move to the Serie A champions, speaking to Radio Kiss Kiss, translated by TMW.
With the rumour mill starting to spin, the availability of a top-class centre-forward has not gone unnoticed in north London.
It is no secret that Arsenal are looking for players capable of potentially replacing Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang at the Emirates.
Across the city, Tottenham are under pressure to sate Jose Mourinho’s desires with a number nine who can ease the goalscoring burden on Harry Kane.
And Milik has now found himself at the centre of a tug-of-war between two Premier League rivals, according to CalcioNews24.
Though while Boniek can understand why a move to England might appeal, he feels that the Napoli targetman would be better off taking the Gonzalo Higuain route to Turin.
“Excellent player“
“I think that his goodbye to Napoli is possible. The Premier League or Juventus? They are two difficult options to choose from because it is like deciding between two beautiful restaurants,” says Boniek, a Juve hero who came third in the 1982 Ballon D’Or placings.

“The Premier League is nice to play for in many reasons but Juventus is the most organized club in the world, together with Bayern Munich.
Boniek has also described Milik as an ‘excellent player, one of the best strikers in the Italian league’, while suggesting that he would have no trouble sharing the limelight with a certain Cristiano Ronaldo in Turin.
Speaking to Sky this week, Napoli sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli admitted that Milik would be sold unless he agrees a new contract with the Partenopei.
As it stands, he is set to become a free agent in 2021 and is currently valued at £40 million.
