Tottenham should monitor Youri Tielemans.

Belgium midfielder Youri Tielemans had a low key year at Monaco after his £21.6 million move from Anderlecht in 2017.
Still only 21, the former teen prodigy is back in the Belgium international team and starred in the weekend victory over Scotland.
Tielemans played in midfield alongside Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Mousa Dembele.
Speaking after the game, Tielemans told Nieuwsblad that he enjoyed playing alongside the 31-year-old.
He said: “In the match against Scotland I was very happy with Mousa Dembele. Whether we will kick off against Iceland again, I leave it to the national coach.”
Tielemans’ comments are a compliment for Dembele, who’s future at club level is uncertain.

Dembele’s contract at Tottenham runs out next June and he has been linked with a big payday move away.
Tielemans would be an ideal player to replace him with.
At 21 his best years are ahead of him and he is a midfielder who can do it all. He scored 35 goals and provided 31 assists for former club Anderlecht in 185 matches.
Last season at Monaco was more slow going, scoring only once, often used from the bench. He has been used as a starter this year and has already matched his tally from last season.
Tottenham should move in January before his value soars, and make an investment in a player who is already representing Belgium at international level, who could potentially star in North London for the next decade.
