The 19-year-old appears finally ready to fly the Belgian league nest with Tottenham Hotspur and Everton linked.

He may appear to have been around for as long as gossip columns have existed but Youri Tielemans is only 19 years old. Although few players can lay claim to 167 professional career appearances before they reach adulthood.
Though that just goes to show what a unique talent Tielemans is. There’s very little the Anderlecht powerhouse, a two time Young Player of the Year, can’t do. Though he has a particular penchant for a long-range blockbuster, as Oostende discovered in their 4-1 home defeat on Sunday night.
And no doubt this will have added a few more pennies onto his transfer fee; one Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly ready to pay this summer.
The Daily Mail reported last week that Spurs used their Europa League trip to Gent as an excuse to watch one of the world’s most in-demand teenagers first hand with chairman Daniel Levy apparently smitten.

However, it is far from certain that he will be wearing Tottenham colours next season. Tielemans himself admitted recently that Everton could be the ideal environment to further his development, the International Business Times reports.
And he certainly hasn’t done his chances of a move to Goodison Park any harm with two moments of show-stopping brilliance.
