Leeds United youngster Alejandro Machuca has left the club on loan.
Machuca is under contract at Leeds until 2020.
The young winger signed with Leeds last summer and spent the season playing for the club’s under-23 side.
The move is a great opportunity for Machuca to start playing first team football.
Machuca starred for the under-23s in the second half of the season and his loan deal can help him catch the eye for the Whites ahead of next season.
While perhaps a shame that he is not getting a chance at Leeds this coming year, the stint in Spain’s third tier is arguably a better option for him than playing academy football.
Mallik Wilks, Tyler Denton and Lewie Coyle are among under-23 players to leave Leeds on loan so far this summer.
