Young Rangers talent Grant Nelson is on the comeback trail after missing a year and a half of his fledgling career to injury.
Nelson, 18, got back on the pitch in a behind closed doors match up for the academy.
The striker expressed his relief at making his comeback after the long spell on the sidelines, thanking his teammates for their support.
Nelson is clearly a popular member of the academy, with pals quick to congratulate him at getting back out onto the pitch.
Jordan Gibson, Liam Burt and Ross McCrorie were just some of the teammates who expressed their happiness for him.
Nelson will have plenty more steps to make still before he fully recovers his confidence, but simply playing again was an important step.
