Thomas Partey has stated on Instagram that he hopes he can ‘play again soon’ for Arsenal after suffering another injury setback.

Hoffenheim defender, and Partey’s Ghana teammate, Kasim Adams, reacted to the news by telling the popular Arsenal man ‘you will come back stronger’.

This is another body blow for Arsenal because the last thing they needed is one of their influential players missing more matches.

Arsenal aren’t exactly flying high and during these moments they need their best players on the pitch.

Nonetheless, this is the message Adams sent to Partey on Instagram: “I know you are very strong guy and you will come back stronger than before.”

Arsenal fans were pretty excited when their club paid £45 million for Partey’s services in the summer [BBC Sport] because he was the player they have been crying out for.

During the matches he has played and been fully fit, he has brought that aggression, power and bite that has been missing from Arsenal’s midfield for too long.

The question that remains with the Arsenal fans who are beginning to get frustrated with Mikel Arteta is will Partey be on the pitch long enough to stop his manager’s potential downfall?
