Ray Parlour has stated ‘you know’ Manchester City will try to sign Arsenal star, Bukayo Saka, as he told talkSPORT.
The Highbury legend added that it’s ‘important’ that Arsenal keep hold of their young and ever-improving squad, of which Bukayo Saka is a key member.
The 20-year-old hit an impressive 11 Premier League goals last season, which is pretty good going given that he’s not playing in a star-studded team and he was a teenager during that period.

That’s probably why Manchester City are sniffing around to possibly sign the £70k-a-week star down the line – but Arsenal are key to tie the Hale-End star to a new contract.
Nonetheless, Parlour expressed the importance of keeping hold of your best players, which Arsenal haven’t done over the years.
“What I see now is a good young squad of players,” said Parlour. “It’s important that they keep that young squad together.
“You know, teams like Manchester City are going to come in for Saka or the best players at Arsenal and try to influence them away.
“But if they can keep the squad that they have got, then they can only get better. And I think Arteta is doing a very good job, at the moment.”

ARSENAL BIGGER CLUB THAN MAN CITY
Arsenal being a bigger club than Manchester City will never change, but where both clubs have headed over the last decade or so has been in completely different directions.
Saka won’t be going anywhere anytime soon, but Arteta has to put Champions League football on the dinner table, or else his services at the club will no longer be wanted.
If he does that, then the Gunners won’t have to worry about losing key players because they are back locking horns with the elite and then they can go for the title.
Arsenal have concluded some very good deals this summer, mainly from Manchester City, but Saka extending his stay at his boyhood would be the best deal of the summer, no doubt.
