Nigel Reo-Coker has tipped Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool to sign Borussia Dortmund duo Karim Adeyemi and Youssoufa Moukoko to replace Saudi Arabia target, Mohamed Salah.
The former Premier League midfielder thinks that Fenway Sports Group (FSG), who own Liverpool, are going to be ’thinking about’ selling Mohamed Salah to Saudi Arabia side, Al-Ittihad – there are suggestions that he is open to moving and leaving Anfield.
The ever-growing Saudi Pro League has targeted the Liverpool star, with Reo-Coker adding that the Reds might now have to think about the ‘business’ side of things and accept ‘£100 million’ for their player, if it was put on the table.
As a result, he thinks that Borussia Dortmund duo Karim Adeyemi and Youssoufa Moukoko could be young stars the Merseyside club could target and ‘develop’ under Jurgen Klopp, as he told BBC Radio 5 Live Sport.
The noise around Salah and Saudi isn’t going away, it seems as though they are going to try, try and try to sign the Egypt International, who is well-known and liked in the Arab world.
Either way, Reo-Coker shared what the club, and those from the top, might do with the 31-year-old before next week’s transfer deadline.

“From a business perspective, if they are going offer £100 million for Mo Salah, at his age, then you have got to think about it,” said Reo-Coker.
“You have got to be pro-active. I know people are going to say, ‘Oh, who do you replace him with?’.
“I would go and get Adeyemi from Borussia Dortmund. You have got a young player, you have just got £100 million and you have got in a player you can develop. Let’s be real, Jurgen Klopp is going down that young player route. You still have Darwin Nunez.
“From a business perspective, at £100 million, you know the Fenway Sports Group are going to be looking at that and thinking about that – you have Adeyemi and Moukoko, two young players you can get in and replace.”

Liverpool without Salah
Yes, the strongest part of Liverpool’s team is their forward line and the depth in quality – Darwin Nunez proved that with his two goals against Newcastle on Sunday.
But that doesn’t mean you sell a player that calibre of Salah, and this late in the window.
Imagine Liverpool without his goals last season, they would be in serious, serious trouble and wouldn’t have made Europe – say Hello to Chelsea.
If they want to get back to the Champions League and winning trophies again, then keeping Salah is the answer because he has years and years left in his locker.
