Ben Foster has strongly criticised Tottenham Hotspur head coach Antonio Conte on his YouTube channel.
The former Manchester United goalkeeper was not pleased with the comments from Conte after Tottenham’s defeat to Liverpool at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in the Premier League this past weekend.
Spurs lost the match 2-1 in North London.
The Tottenham fans at the match booed the team, as the players walked into the dressing room at half time.
Spurs actually played better in the second half and could have picked up a point from the Premier League game in the end.
Tottenham head coach Conte was not pleased with the fans jeering the team.
Ben Foster on Tottenham Hotspur boss Antonio Conte
Foster said about Conte: “He has done this already. And I don’t like this. After the game, Conte came out and he said basically if the fans are going to keep booing like they are doing, then we will have a look at it at the end of the season.

“I think personally you are lucky to be the manager at Spurs. I think Spurs are doing you a bit of a favour, so I don’t think how you can commentate that about Spurs.”
Strong criticism
Antonio Conte is one of the best managers in the world, and Tottenham Hotspur did pull off a coup when they managed to get him for £20 million-a-year (The Mirror).
Now, no manager or player is bigger than a club, but if Conte became available anytime soon, then he would not have a problem in finding a new and ambitious team.
We do understand why the Tottenham fans booed the team.
After all, Spurs have not been playing well in recent games, especially in the first half.
However, Tottenham have been getting results and are very much in the running for the Premier League top four this season.
