According to ESPN, Bellerin could leave Arsenal in the summer of 2021 as part of an agreement with manager Mikel Arteta.
The right-back wanted to leave the Gunners in the summer of 2020 when Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain were interested, but Arteta convinced him to stay at the Gunners for one more season, according to the report.
It has been claimed that the Arsenal manager assured the 25-year-old Spain international right-back that if he stayed at the Emirates Stadium for the 2020-21 campaign, then the Premier League club would consider letting him leave.
Bellerin remains an important player for the Gunners, but the 25-year-old has yet to get back to the kind of form and produce the type of performances he showed before he suffered a long-term injury.
According to WhoScored, the 25-year-old right-back has scored one goal and provided two assists in 22 Premier League matches, and has made two starts and one substitute appearance in the Europa League for the North London club so far this campaign.
