Some Newcastle United fans on Twitter believe that Allan Saint-Maximin has just dropped a hint that he’s playing tonight.

The energetic French winger took a knock in Newcastle’s 2-1 defeat by Watford this past weekend.

As a result, Saint-Maximin was considered a doubt for tonight as the Magpies welcome Tottenham Hotspur to St James’s Park.

But is he fit? He just might be.

The 23-year-old star posted a 15-second video on Twitter, followed by the hashtag #NEWTOT.

And some Newcastle supporters believe that he’s ready to start for Steve Bruce later on. Here’s how they reacted on Twitter:

Bruce’s side are in a bit of a funk again and a win wouldn’t go amiss here.

Newcastle have managed just the one win from their last six games across all competitions and for the sake of morale, three points is important, even if they don’t have a great deal to play for.
