Everton winger Yannick Bolasie has responded to West Ham United left-back Arthur Masuaku’s post on Instagram following the match against Liverpool on Saturday evening.

Masuaku has expressed his disappointment on Instagram at West Ham’s 2-1 defeat to Liverpool away from home at Anfield in the Premier League.

The 26-year-old left-back was involved in a controversial incident in the first half.

In the final minutes of the half, the DR Congo international was adjudged to have committed a foul on Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah inside the West Ham penalty box.

It was a controversial incident, and Salah himself took the penalty and successfully converted it.

Masuaku has suggested on Instagram that he did nothing wrong, and Everton winger and DR Congo international teammate Bolasie has responded to his post.

Bolasie responded: “Bro solid regardless 🇨🇩”

Moving on

West Ham played well against Liverpool and defended well, and the fact that they lost due to a goal in the 85th minute underlines the progress they are making under manager David Moyes.

The Hammers have to move on from the game against Liverpool and must be encouraged by their overall performance at Anfield.
