Everton-owned Aston Villa winger Yannick Bolasie was reportedly on West Ham United’s radar in the summer transfer window.

Felipe Anderson’s performance for West Ham United against Southampton seems to have impressed Everton-owned Aston Villa winger Yannick Bolasie, as suggested by his post on Twitter.
Anderson, who joined West Ham from Lazio in the summer transfer window, scored twice in the Hammers’ 2-1 win against Southampton away from home at St. Mary’s Stadium in the Premier League on Thursday evening.
Bolasie, who moved to Championship club Villa on loan from Premier League side Everton in the summer transfer window, was seemingly impressed with the display produced by the 25-year-old Brazil international attacking midfielder.
Interestingly, the 29-year-old DR Congo international winger was linked with a move to West Ham in the summer transfer window.

A report in The Guardian back in June 2018 claimed that West Ham were looking at signing Bolasie from Premier League rivals Everton.
The former Bristol City and Crystal Palace winger has made six starts and 11 substitute appearances in the Championship for Villa so far this season, scoring two goals and providing four assists in the process, according to WhoScored.
