Yannick Bolasie came off the bench as Aston Villa recorded a 2-2 draw with QPR in the Championship.

Yannick Bolasie pulled no punches on Twitter and stated Aston Villa ‘need to get back to winning ways’ following their 2-2 draw against QPR on New Year’s Day.
The Everton loanee also admitted that he should have scored as Dean Smith’s side dropped more valuable points in their race for promotion.
Striker Tammy Abraham did give his side the lead in the first half, but Luke Freeman and Eze put the London club ahead before Abraham netted his second of the game to level the scores after the break.
Before the match, Smith opted to rest Bolasie as the tricky winger came onto the pitch with half an hour left on the clock, but he was unable to secure all the points for his side.
After the match, Bolasie posted his honest views of the match on his personal Twitter account as Villa have won only one out of their last six league fixtures.

Bolasie moved to Villa Park in the summer on a season-long loan deal from Goodison Park and he has been a regular feature in the Championships side promotion push.
Over the course of the campaign, the versatile attacker has played 19 league matches for his side, scoring two goals and supplying five assists in the process.
At this moment in time, Villa are five points adrift of sixth-placed Derby County in the Championship table, with the FA Cup sent to take centre stage at the weekend.
