Everton’s Yannick Bolasie celebrates
Everton summer signing Yannick Bolasie has been talking about the training methods at Goodison Park under his new manager Ronald Koeman.
Bolasie was a big money signing this summer from Crystal Palace.
The DR Congo winger has been in excellent form since his arrival on Merseyside. Such form has helped Everton to a fantastic start in the Premier League and they are currently second in the table and flying.

The side look completely different to the lost souls that meandered about on a pitch together for 90 minutes each time under Roberto Martinez last term.
Bolasie has been talking about the impact of the new boss this weekend in conversation with the Daily Mail.
He had this to say about Koeman’s regimen:
“He is very strict. But he just wants to help you towards the game on Saturday. We had a game of head tennis recently and he wasn’t happy with it. It is all about technique and concentration. You can easily lose (focus) but you don’t want to lose it in front of him.

“He doesn’t want any of the players to lose concentration. If that comes, that complacency might stretch into a game. He doesn’t like that. The training, the intensity, it is just to another level. He makes you take it into your lifestyle. He is a manager who I can see is going to be big in the future.”
There is no doubt that the former Southampton boss is having a positive impact on Everton’s form.
Concentration and focus in particular were two areas Everton definitely struggled in last term – conceding many late goals.
Today they face Bournemouth, a team that punished them in such a way last term.
Everton fans will be hoping the introduction of Bolasie and Koeman’s new focus driven style can stop a repeat display.
