Premier League outfit Everton farmed forgotten winger Yannick Bolasie out on loan to Primeira Liga outfit Sporting Lisbon.

Sporting Lisbon have an option to sign Everton winger Yannick Bolasie for just £4 million should he impress during a loan spell at the Estadio Jose Alvalade, according to Record – but his time in Portugal has already become entangled in drama.
Some three years after he joined Everton from Crystal Palace for £28 million (Sky), the 30-year-old Congo international sealed a move to one of the biggest clubs in Portuguese football.
Bolasie clearly wasn’t in the plans of Toffees coach Marco Silva, particularly after the summer signings of Alex Iwobi and Moise Kean, but a loan move to Sporting Lisbon looks like a fantastic opportunity for the jet-heeled wide-man to show that he still belongs at the top level.
Well, it did initially at least.
Just hours after Bolasie posed in green and white for the first time, his new coach has been handed a freshly-printed P45 (Record).
Sporting lost 2-3 at home to Rio Ave on Saturday and coach Marcel Keizer has lost his job despite leading the Lions to a domestic cup double lats season. The former Ajax boss has Sebastian Coates to thank. After all, the one-time Liverpool and Sunderland defender gave away not one, not two but three penalties before being sent off against Rio Ave – talk about a bad day at the office.

Record claims that Everton are willing to take a £24 million hit on Bolasie, giving Sporting the option of signing him permanently for just £4 million.
But it remains to be seen how Keizer’s successor, whoever that may be, feels about a player who finds his future embroiled in uncertainty once again.
