West Ham United are being linked with Yann M’Vila.

Saint-Etienne midfielder Yann M’Vila has told Le Parisien that he is happy with the club amid links to West Ham United, but his future depends on Jean-Louis Gasset.
M’Vila, 28, joined Saint-Etienne from Rubin Kazan in January 2018, initially penning an 18-month deal – but he was handed a four-year extension last summer.
The former Sunderland man was tipped for great things at Rennes, but he went off the radar at Rubin, and his loan spells with Sunderland and Inter Milan didn’t really help him recapture his Rennes form.
A former French international, M’Vila had been forgotten about for some time, but he is now back starring again having joined Saint-Etienne and returned to France.
The anchor man has flourished this season, and Saint-Etienne are seriously challenging for Champions League football having enjoyed a stunning season under Gasset.
L’Equipe reported last week that West Ham are interested in signing M’Vila, potentially making a move to bring the midfielder back to the Premier League.

Now, M’Vila has suggested that he is happy to stay with Saint-Etienne, but his future may well hinge on whether or not Gasset chooses to stay too, as an exit for his manager may tempt him to leave.
“I’m happy here. I am happy,” said M’Vila. “The decision of the coach (to stay or not) will be decisive for me,” he added.
