Everton are reportedly keen on signing the Porto winger.

Marco Silva has overseen drastic changes during his time in charge of Everton, and the Portuguese will surely be looking to strengthen his squad further still during the course of the next two transfer windows.
According to a report from Portuguese media outlet O Jogo, the Toffees are lining up a move for Porto winger Yacine Brahimi, who could be available on a free transfer in the summer of 2019.
The 45-capped Algerian winger is a real talent, that cannot be argued, but Everton already have plenty of options in the wide attacking areas, and it could be argued that they don’t actually need the Porto man.
Marco Silva already has Theo Walcott, Richarlison, Bernard and Ademola Lookman at his disposal, so surely bringing in Brahimi would be a waste of money from a salary perspective.

Everton have plenty of money at their disposal, so there is no need for them to be thrifty in the transfer market anymore, and they should focus their efforts on strengthening other areas of their squad.
Silva is in need of bolstering his midfield and defensive ranks, and whilst Brahimi wouldn’t be a bad addition for Everton, he would be a needless one all the same.
