Wyndham Clark has become the first PGA Tour player to openly question Brooks Koepka’s return.
Koepka left LIV in December 2025, a move that sent shockwaves through professional golf.
Just two weeks later, Brian Rolapp had him back on the PGA Tour through the new ‘returning member program’.
The 35-year-old had spent three years with LIV Golf before deciding to make the switch back.
While Koepka’s presence is expected to boost the Tour, not everyone is happy with how quickly he was allowed to return.
Wyndham Clark appears hesitant about the five-time major champion’s reinstatement.
Wyndham Clark weighs in on Brooks Koepka’s PGA Tour comeback

The 2023 US Open champion is known for being straightforward, so it was no surprise that his comments on the Brooks Koepka situation pulled no punches.
Speaking to SiriusXM PGA TOUR Radio, Clark said he felt there should have been more consequences before Koepka was allowed back into the PGA Tour fold.
“Gosh, I’m so torn,” Clark said. “I mean, I personally really like Brooks. Um, you know, I think it’s ultimately really good for the PGA Tour.”
“But also, you know, a guy that had an opportunity to go to LIV, it’s kind of frustrating that, you know, he’s able to get the cake and also eat it.”
Clark continued: “So, I don’t know. I’m very torn because at the end of the day, I want whatever’s best for the PGA Tour. And I think if guys come back — especially top players like Brooks — it’s only going to help the Tour which is ultimately going to help me.
“So yeah, I mean, I don’t know really how I feel. We’ll see how time goes on and what happens if this ends up being a good thing or not.”
Clark went on: “I wish maybe there were a few more repercussions but you know what? The things they said are in place are pretty decent and I also like that hard deadline. ”
“I just hope they stick with that and don’t waver on that maybe in like a year or two.”
