Wyndham Clark will be attempting to win the third major championship of his career this week at the Open.
Clark has enjoyed a stellar season on the golf course this year, with two wins to his name including the US Open.
2026 has been a great bounce-back season for the 32-year-old after his struggles in 2024 and 2025.
Wyndham Clark has a real chance of being named as the PGA Tour Player of the Year.

His win at the US Open was truly remarkable, given what he had to put up with from the crowd.
Clark received terrible abuse all week long at Shinnecock Hills, but he had the last laugh, winning his second US Open trophy.
However, things will be very different this week at the Open Championship for the two-time major winner, just like they were last week at the Genesis Scottish Open.
Wyndham Clark insists UK fans ‘respect the game’ more than American crowds
Clark addressed the media at Royal Birkdale on Monday afternoon ahead of the start of the 154th Open Championship later this week.
The American was asked by one reporter how he finds playing in front of British crowds as opposed to American fans.
“Oh, they’re the best,“ Clark responded.

“I think any golfer will tell you they love playing over here. The fans really respect the game, they respect the players, and they really understand golf.
“If you hit it into a tough spot and make the correct play or the smart play, the prudent play, they clap; they understand sometimes 20 feet is a great shot.
“So, yeah, I really enjoy the fans over here.“
Clark will almost certainly receive more support at Birkdale this week than he did at Shinnecock Hills last month, and that in itself is truly bizarre.
What Tommy Fleetwood said about fan behavior towards Wyndham Clark
On Monday ahead of The Open, Fleetwood was asked about fan behavior during the US Open.
The Englishman responded when asked how difficult it is to police fans during golf tournaments.
“Yeah, like I say, it’s hard to want 200,000 people to watch and create an amazing atmosphere and want them all to do exactly what you would expect or want them to do,“ Fleetwood said.
“Yeah, like you want the fans to behave in the best way possible and to give everybody the equal opportunity, but it is very difficult wanting all that to go together. I think — yeah, it’s a tough one, and you just want the best for everybody really.
“I’ve always felt like the atmospheres have been great. I’ve had support on my side 99 percent of the time, but I’ve also had it against me the odd time. Sometimes — honestly sometimes those have been my most enjoyable atmospheres when the crowd are that little bit against you and gives you that little bit extra.
“I’m sure everybody will be great this week. I think The Opens that I’ve experienced in the northwest, the crowds have been amongst the best I’ve ever seen and the atmospheres have been great. I’m sure they’ll all be great.“
