Ian Wright has labelled Stan Kroenke’s decision to remain loyal to Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger as “heartbreaking”.
The Gunners currently sit outside of the Premier League’s top four with 16 points from nine league games, in a campaign that already includes disappointing results such as losses to Watford and a 4-0 battering from Liverpool.

Owner Kroenke told the Telegraph during a two-hour interview that he is happy with the work being done by Wenger, who is now in his 22nd season as Arsenal manager.
“We have dealt with this a lot in different organisations and we just think that Arsene is doing a great job and he’s the right guy,” Kroenke said.
However, Arsenal icon Wright reacted on his personal Twitter account with the one-word verdict, sharing the belief of many Gunners fans who believe it is time to go for the 68-year-old Frenchman.

Arsenal squeezed into the quarter finals of the Carabao Cup with a 2-1 win over Championship side Norwich City on Tuesday night, as youngster Edward Nketiah struck a brace to send the Gunners through after extra time.
In what was a disappointing performance, fans will be desperate for their side to considerably improve against Premier League opposition on Saturday as they play host to Swansea at the Emirates Stadium.
