‘Wow so they could’: Some Spurs fans react to what they’re hearing from club board

Tottenham Hotspur fans have hit back at the club’s response to the Supporters’ Trust wanting a meeting with the powers that be in North London.

It has been obvious for a while now, but things aren’t exactly rosy in the Tottenham garden.

Losing three Premier League games on the bounce, all London derbies and to concede three goals in every single one of those matches is quite an embarrassment.

But that’s not the only issue the supporters have with those running their ship.

From trying to, and failing, to make a dive into the ESL, the sacking of Jose Mourinho days before a League Cup final and then taking several months to find a replacement.

What direction is the club going and are the methods being used matching the philosophy of the club?

It has been some downfall since that Champions League final defeat to Liverpool and fans clearly want answers.

But according to THST on Twitter, it seems as though the club are ‘considering’ whether or not to accept their invitation for a meeting.

Spurs fans know exactly what that means and they think they are being played for fools.

If any meeting does take place then surely Daniel Levy has to be part of it, and if it’s rejected, then, once again, he will probably be the one to make that call.
